Hello, I am a new customer with Bronze Tan Studios! I love it! The studio is VERY clean and the ladies are wonderful! Wonderful, Wonderful. A huge PLUS. The beds are GREAT. Should you ever have any doubts about tanning at the Grove City Bronze, don't, it's a wonderful studio and the ladies are highly knowledgeable of all lotions and tanning.
Hi, I am a new bronze gold member at the Graceland Center location in
Columbus. I just wanted to let you know that the manager in charge of this
location is an excellent employee and has been nothing but helpful to me. I
had only used mystic tanning once before I came to this location and she has
helped so much with getting me used to the equipment. I am not sure of her
name but another employee did let me know that she was the manager. I just
wanted to congratulate you on having such excellent employees who are all
very knowledgeable and helpful, while maintaining a very professional
attitude.

I read another customers comments online about the graceland locations manager. I also dont know her name, shes younger with shoulder length blonde hair and shes amazing. Everytime I go in she has my account up and ready before i walk in the door (she knows my truck when i pull up!). I LOVE that she remembers me, and calls me by first name regularly. It definitely gives my experience a more personal touch. I would never switch companies or locations simply because of her. She informs me of specials and new products regularly but does bug me about buying lotion everytime because she remembers how long its been since i last purchased it from her. Everytime I start getting close to running out...she seems to know because that's when shell ask me how im doing on lotion...i trust her advice so much that when she recommended that i try the Ibed at the dublin location...I drove out of my way to try it! She was right...I loved it! She definitely understands her customers style. She obviously loves her job and knows a lot about what she does.
After praising her so much i think it also needs to be mentioned that all the employees here are very friendly and professional. They provide an excellent atmosphere for their customers. I am VERY impressed with the excellent service they provide! For being just a tanning place...the graceland employees make it so much more. They make you want to come back.
